Ammerdown HeirloomAmmerdown HeirloomWarrawee Mardee Gras

East Coast Championships - Champ Anglo Gelding under Saddle, Top 5 Medium Dressage, Top 10 East Coast Cup, a good result considering  we discovered an grass seed abscess in his mouth - if only they could talk !

As a result of this he had very little work leading up to the Australian Championships – Top 5 Anglo Gelding under Saddle, Top 10 Golden Spur.
A lovely job done by Rob Soster throughout.

The new addition is the lovely, tall  Anglo filly by Heir of Marwan -  Ammerdown Heirloom

Warrawee Mardee GrasWarrawee Mardee Gras competed lightly in dressage throughout the winter at Elementary level.
Gained State/ National qualifying scores over consecutive weekends including Elementary Champion Bowral D/C. (Ridden by Rob Soster)
Rothwell Dazzling DreamerCompeted NSW State Championships with two charming tests for + 65%’s, a very pleasing result.
He has been at home since consolidating Medium work and will step out at that level next season.

Ammerdown Braddock, a few little setbacks slowed his progress but despite this now coming along nicely – a very athletic little horse!
He has had a few "baby" outings and coped well.

Ammerdown First Light has had a few weeks as a show horse, learning all the ropes, she is a delight to work with. She is a very feminine open class style of  filly that I do not want to rush so is out now to mature.
I would like to thank Wendy Allan, so talented dealing with  young horses, for all her help.

Renee is very pleased with the filly from Sanlirra Glamour. I wish her well with her performance pony breeding program.

Now waiting on the arrival of the Heir Of Marwan anglo…

MARCH 2012

Ammerdown Braddock (Jim) is back in work for preparation to step out in the spring - if not sold beforehand.

Ammerdown First Light, the filly out of Rothwell Dazzling Dreamer continues to impress, planning for her to also be shown later in the year.

Magic Tycoon (TB) confirmed in foal to Heir of Marwan

A very busy few months with highs and sadly lows.
A move to a new property in the area, the lovely Leicester Park - home of Ali and Rob Soster. Stable companions who moved with me are Kate Burgh and Wendy Allen.

Excitement in July with the purchase of the filly Warrawee Partee Time (Royal Hit/W Azzuree) a stunning saddle prospect who through a freak incident is no longer with us. Thanks to Pat Ryan for her care of the filly and Logans Insurance for their professional and prompt attention.

Rothwell Dazzling Dreamer has foaled a very correct and feminine part-bred filly by W. Bandanna I am delighted with her.

Ammerdown Braddock has been broken to saddle by Wendy and is now schooling to start competing 2012. He is for sale.

Have also been fortunate to have been given by a client, a lovely balanced style of stud book mare approx. 15.2hh. A race winner and proven broodmare with a sweet disposition. She is being sent to the fabulous Heir of Marwan for a 2012 Anglo foal.

National Capital Horse Show – Warrawee Mardee Gras won the Anglo class and went Champion Ridden Derivative.

MAY 2011

What a thrill for all! Mardee worked beautifully for Rob in a strong field. It was very rewarding to see this relatively young horse win at this high level.

Australian Championships - Australian Champion Anglo Gelding under saddle (2nd year running). Thanks to Angela Delamont who stepped on at the last minute. Top 10 Derivative Novice dressage.

Many thanks also to Karinn Panuccio (KP Arabians) who helped look after and prep Mardee over the two weeks.
Warrawee Mardee Gras

Warrawee Mardee Gras had solid performances at the Arabian National Show in November. A win and second in dressage even with few little "Mardee moments!" 2nd in a strong big Anglo class and a placing in the Baskhan Memorial Sash, we were very pleased with how he coped with his first time under lights.

Rothwell Dazzling Dreamer has been sent to Warrawee Bandanna to introduce more Arabian blood, for a 2010 foal.

Imoan Sadaq (previously shown by Ammerdown) has been sold by Karinn Panuccio to Regina and Mia Brandt. He is already highly successful for his new family!

Warawee Mardee Gras

Black Horse Farm Polka has now been sold to Lisa Goodall at Wyatt Park Stud. Lisa had previously leased Polly as a broodmare, she has now purchased her for a "schoolmistress" pony for the family.
